Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times
  • Daily cutoff: We process all orders received before 2:00 PM EST on the same business day.
  • Standard processing: Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Peak seasons: Processing may take up to 4-5 business days during holidays or major sales. 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Standard shipping: Cost is $8.00. Free for orders over $70 with delivery in 3-5 business days.
  • Carrier partners: We ship packages via USPS

3. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
  • Tracking email: You will receive a tracking link automatically once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Activation time: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier tracking status to update online.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
  • Damaged items: Email info@melliesmercantile.com immediately with photo proof of the damaged product and outer packaging.
  • Missing packages: Check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us regarding a marked-as-delivered package.
  • Fulfillment errors: We will issue a free replacement if a package is lost in transit by the carrier.
